This wonderful, Staffordshire Enamel box has London landmarks. Trafalgar Square, with Nelson's Column, bordered by "Oh London is a fine town, a very famous city - Where all the streets are paved with gold & all the maidens pretty." which was written by George Colman The Younger, a 19th century dramatist and writer. On the side are panels with the Tower of London, Westminster Palace and Big Ben, and the Tower Bridge. The background has a grid of the city's streets, with the Thames and a boat, with a red sail, traveling through it. The boat and fish are inside. It has a diameter of 1.6" with a height of 1.6".
