At Robin & Rose Antiques, every item is one-of-a-kind. Because of the vintage and delicate nature of our pieces, all sales are final.

We encourage customers to review all photos, descriptions, and condition notes before purchasing. We are always happy to provide additional information or images before checkout.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted once an order is placed.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at robinandroseantiques@gmail.com. Include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue. Damage claims submitted after 48 hours cannot be processed.

Please note: Vintage and antique items naturally show signs of age, use, and patina. These characteristics are considered part of the piece’s charm and are not treated as defects. We list noticeable flaws in the product description whenever possible.
