Shipping policy

All items sold by Robin & Rose Antiques are vintage or antique. Each piece may show minor signs of age or wear. Any significant condition notes will be included in the product description. Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences or natural lighting.

We specialize in authentic Limoges porcelain, French porcelain, Halcyon Days, Crummles, and Staffordshire enamel boxes. Authenticity and maker details will be noted when applicable.

Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Orders are confirmed only after payment is completed.

We package all fragile items with care and ship via USPS. Tracking information will be provided once the order ships. Shipping times may vary based on the service (Ground Advantage or Priority) and destination.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import taxes associated with their order.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Robin & Rose Antiques is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If an issue occurs, we can provide information to support you in filing a claim with the carrier.
