This wonderful, Staffordshire Enamels box is a dovecote, with a tiled, conical roof, nesting holes and carved trim borders. Assorted pigeons and doves are perched by the holes. It has a diameter of 1.4" with a height of 2.3". "Staffordshire Enamels - Made in England - Hand Painted" with a big "S" in the center, and the artist's initials is on the bottom.
