This wonderful, Staffordshire Enamels box is a tall cylinder with a slot for stamps, painted on top with two stemmed apples, bordered by leaves and flowers. On the side, in front, is a fruit orchard with apple, pear, and cherry trees, two bee hives, ladders, and a basket of fruit. A grassy hill, with trees and flowers, is in back. A basket of apples is inside. The box has a diameter of 1.4" with a height of 1.8". "Staffordshire Enamels - Made in England in the Old Bilston Battersea Tradition" with a big "S" in the center is on the base.
