This lovely, vintage, Limoges box is an emerald green basket, with a woven metal handle and a bow accent. On top is a circle, bordered by 22KT gold feathers, with assorted multi-colored flowers and a single, pink rose. Gold scrolls and a pin stripe decorate the side. A ribbon bow is the clasp, and a painted gold, leaf stem and a 1" diameter, removable, green, porcelain hat, with a gold band, bow and stripe are inside. The basket has a diameter of 1.3" with a height of 2.1" to the top of the handle, and "Limoges France - Peint Main" with the artist's initials is on the bottom.
