This vintage, Limoges hat box is painted in the elaborate Sevres style, with pink and purple roses, pink ribbon swags, brown laurel, and royal blue and gold stripes. Ribbon swags, laurel and stripes are also painted on the bottom. The clasp is a ribbon bow, and gold leaf stems are painted inside, on top and on bottom. It has a diameter of 2.1" with a height of 1". Inside is: "Limoges France - Peint Main" with the artist's initials.
