This is a lovely shoe box painted in the elaborate Sevres style, with blue and yellow roses on top, and 'tied' with 22KT gold ribbon and bow. Royal blue and gold stripes, yellow ribbon swags, and laurel scallops adorn the sides. In front is "court shoes 71/2 Color Yellow" in black. "MADE IN FRANCE" is on the back. A ribbon bow is the clasp, and blue and yellow roses are painted inside. Also inside is a pair of removable yellow porcelain shoes with gold trim and blue rose accents. Each shoe is initialed on the bottom. The box is 1" by 2.3" with a height of .9". On the bottom is: "Limoges France - Peint Main" with the artist's initials.
