This is a lovely, limited edition, Romance, Limoges hat box with 22KT gold handles and 'carrying cord'. Wavy white bands with leaf vines and pink flowers, alternating with bands of blue and gold, are on top. The bust of a lady, wearing a hat, is the clasp. Inside is a pink 'lining' with magenta 'tassels' and a 1.1" diameter, removable, matching, porcelain hat. The box has a diameter of 1.7" with a height of 1.2". "Romance - Peint Main - Limoges France - 143-200" with the artist's initials is on the bottom.
