This vintage, Betty St. John for Rochard, Limoges box, from 1983, has a pink and green, hot air balloon, with two passengers in the gondola, and birds flying along side it. On the side is a panorama of the ground below, with rolling hills, trees and fences. The clasp is a flower, and birds in flight are painted inside. It is 1.6" by 2.2" with a height of 1.1".
