This adorable, Marquise de Pompadour, Limoges box is a pear shaped, green teapot, with three leaves and a brown stem, on top. An elaborate butterfly is the clasp. It has a diameter of 1.6" (2" across) with a height of 2". "Peint Main - MP - Limoges France" with the artist's initials is on the bottom.
