This wonderful, Parry-Vieille, Limoges box is a filbert or hazelnut with a brown shell, and a gray top and tip. Technically filberts and hazelnuts are different but the names are used interchangeably. A squirrel is the clasp. It is 1.1" by 1.3" with a height of .8".
