This wonderful, Limoges box is an old world Santa Claus, in a long red coat, with fur trim, and a matching cap, holding a brown sack and a lantern, walking in the snow. Midnight blue sky and a yellow crescent moon are in the background, and sky is painted on the sides. Santa's face is the clasp, and "Merry Christmas" in black script, patches of sky and a crescent moon are inside. It is 1.5" by 2.75" with a height of .6".
