This lovely, limited edition, Chanille, Limoges box is a maize yellow, two piece set, consisting of a soup tureen with a serving plate, decorated with tiny flowers or acorns, and borders of palm fronds and berries. The tureen has a brown finial and two flowers on top, and brown detailing is on the handles of the round platter. A flower is the clasp. The tureen is 2.4" across with a diameter of 1.7" and a height of 1.8". The plate is 3.4" across the handles with a diameter of 2.6". "Peint Main - Limoges France - Chanille - No 019" with the artist's initials is on the bottom of the plate. "Limoges France" is stamped in green, on each piece.
