An ornate, blue, hot air balloon, with a brown basket and a man with a spyglass, soaring next to birds in the sky. Teal dots and arrows border the side. Inside is "1783" which commemorates the first manned flight by Pilatre de Rozier. A Bright and Beautiful Balloon!!
