This LARGE, wonderful, Decor Ceram, Limoges box is a two piece, hot air balloon, attached by metal wires. The balloon is decorated with red and white bands, and a scalloped, royal blue top. Sand bags are on the side of the beige and brown, 'wicker' gondola, and a male passenger, dressed in green, is inside the basket. A circle is the clasp. The basket is .9" square, the balloon has a diameter of 2.1" and the total height is 3.6". "Peint a la Main - Decor Ceram - Limoges France" is on the bottom.
