This wonderful, Parry-Vieille, Limoges box is a beige crate, with black sides and edges. On top is a black and 22KT gold ribbon, with a red 'wax' seal, "CHAMPAGNE", "BRUT IMPERIAL", a gold crown, a ribbon with "FRANCE" and the quantity. "CHAMPAGNE" with a gold border is in back, and "BRUT IMPERIAL", a ribbon, "FRANCE" and the quantity, also bordered in gold, are in front. A champagne bottle is the clasp, and a removable, porcelain, .7" diameter by 2.5" high, bottle of "BRUT CHAMPAGNE" with a gold 'foil' top is inside. The crate is 1" by 2.8" with a height of 1".
